SPECULATIVE FICTION

ELEMENTAL

A collection of short stories designed around the alchemical elements: EARTH, AIR, FIRE, WATER and BRIMSTONE, building blocks that built the world the way it is – that could just as easily built it differently. Alchemy the project of the past, is of the future too.

Set in a near future of corporate nation states, toxic supply chains and environmental collapse, hope, like lifeblood runs through and the smallest act of resistance can have global effect. Welcome to the Great Transition.

(WTF) STRUCTURAL FORENSICS AGENCY ART

Climate change, deforestation, extreme weather, pandemics, exploitation of the planet’s resources be they natural, environmental or human, and mass extinctions, are indicative of an assault on the Earth, and with any crime it is necessary to consider the nature of the victim, the relationship to the accused and what is the appropriate charge? Fundamental to such an exercise is detective work, marshalling the facts and gathering the evidence. As with all the best crime stories the starting point must be… follow the money. And make art.
